Q1: How do I place an order on Urban Bazars?
A: Simply browse our product categories, select the item you want, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. You can shop as a guest or log in for a faster experience.

Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q3: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available on select orders. A nominal fee may apply.

Q4: I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still haven’t received it, email us at support@urbanbazars.com with your contact details.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q5: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location. Rural and remote areas may take slightly longer.

Q6: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499. Standard shipping fees may apply below that.

Q7: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q8: What is your return policy?
A: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.

Q9: How do I request a return or refund?
A: Email us at support@urbanbazars.com with your order ID, reason for return, and pictures if applicable. We’ll guide you through the process.

Q10: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
